These terms govern your use of the Jatify website (jatify.com), operated by Alexandru Martalogu (“Jatify,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.

Use of the site

The website is provided for general informational purposes about Jatify and its products. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it other than through its public interface, or use it to break the law.

Intellectual property

The Jatify name, logos, text, and design are owned by Jatify or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Third-party product names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners. Open-source projects are licensed under the terms stated in their repositories.

Products

Individual products, such as Lanes, are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, linked from within each product. These site terms do not govern your use of those products.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and may change or become unavailable at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Jatify is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
